Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are newlyweds and seem happier than ever now that they are about to spend their very first Christmas together as husband and wife. That being said, fans have been wanting to know if they are planning on giving each other the greatest gift of all – a family!
In other words, are they in a hurry to have a baby or not?
While in attendance at KIIS FM’S iHeartRadio Jingle Ball, the Bachelor in Paradise couple chatted with ET and opened up about their plans for the future.
Haibon dished that ‘We talk about it a lo. We both want kids, but I think we are going to wait until next year. So there’ll be no new tradition this year, but next Christmas, hopefully there will be a new tradition in sight.’
Iaconetti hilariously wondered what the said tradition would be – ‘being pregnant?’
‘It’s just like, a new thing. I don’t know,’ Haibon answered laughing before mentioning that ‘plans change.’

Also suggesting that it’s not a sure thing they will be expecting by next Christmas, the woman mentioned that ‘If we’re lucky [I’ll be pregnant].’
For the time being, the in love pair is just living their best life as husband and wife.
Iaconetti talked about newlywed life and spending Thanksgiving together with their family, saying that it ‘was fun. His parents came and we had a joint family Thanksgiving, and it is really just funny to be at dinner tables and be like, ‘You are married and you are married and we are married.’ It’s a whole different feel.’
They both more or less agreed that it feels ‘old’ and ‘mature’ to be married.

At the same time, Iaconetti mentioned how she still feels like a child around her parents so it’s still a weird in-between.
